Military Law
We represent military members in various military proceedings, such as, Flying Evaluation Boards (FEBs), Physical Evaluation Boards (PEBs), administrative discharge boards, and courts-martial. Our attorneys have extensive experience in various forums of the military legal system. This includes trial expereince in hundreds of courts-martial and administrative hearings as the military judge, prosecutor or defense counsel. While we are first and foremost trial lawyers, our knowledge of the military legal system also includes a wealth of experience related to advising commanders about actions taken against individual military members. At the time that a military member needs to be fully informed about their rights within the military legal system, this breadth of knowledge and experience can be critical to successful resolution of the situation.
Recent successes include an acquittal in a drug case involving both urinalysis teating and other drug charges. Additionally, a military member accused of sexual assault and facing life imprisonment was found not guilty. We have also obtained favorable results in FEBs and formal PEBs.
